Hokori, Dust Drinker

{2}{W}{W}

Legendary Creature — Spirit

Lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player untaps a land they control.

"Dust Drinker," "The Swirling Storm," "The Searing Wind"—Hokori had many names, but none of them was "The Merciful."
